My name is Penelope, welcome to Kefir Queen online. I'm so happy to be sharing the wonders of the microbial world with you, but first let me share a snippet of my life-changing experiences with gut health....
I am a mother of three gorgeous kids who have embraced my love of raw vegetables since 2013 when our family unit changed. Adventuring into the world of raw plant-based foods, ferments and yoga, has helped our family to create a conscious, clear and calm existence.
Introducing raw ferments to your daily diet strengthens and brightens your inner world of microbes, creating stability so that your body functions as itβs designed to.
Out of pure happiness I created Kefir Queen as a platform to showcase my love for water kefir, kombucha and kimchi. I love to share their tremendous health benefits with local and visitors to the far north and connect with like-minded individuals who thrive on a plant-based lifestyle.

Our products are proudly created in Port Douglas from our purpose built commercial kitchen and plant based fermentary. We source locally grown, no-spray produce and lovingly handcraft the range without the use of processing equipment. We create nutrient-dense products in small batches, and our products are free from artificial cultures, dairy, gluten, refined sugar and preservatives.
